Returns Policy

Absolutely No Refunds will be given: You may return new, unworn, and tagged item(s) within 10 days of delivery for a store credit. Dez DeMe.com is responsible for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Final Sale Items are discounted items and can not be returned for an exchange.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return for an exchange or store credit. Dez DeMe.com will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased here. The merchandise must be returned to the location of the original shipment (address listed on the package slip). Store Credit is valid for 45 days from Dez DeMe.com returned shipment acceptance date. 

You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to apply your store credit (1 to 3 business days)

For exchanges please specify the reason for the exchange and what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. Do not place a seperate order for your exchange. A customer service representative will place your exchange order manually if any monies are due you will recieve an invoice for that amount. Once we recieve your original purchase, Dez DeMe.com will auto ship exchanges.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned/exchanged item.


Shipping in the USA is usually 2-3 Business days via USPS; Nationally is 5-7 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipment Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the original ship date. There will be a 24 hour investigation to require all information regarding your shipment.
